The Cyclone: a completely new approach to motorised bicycle kits
By driving the chain, not the wheels, you are able to take full advantage of the rear gears (hub or derailleur).
A choice of motor power and batteries gives you the freedom to design a kit to suit you.
Power is controlled by means of a twistgrip, and the control electronics is housed within the motor, protecting it from the environment.
NB the Cyclone NEEDS EXPERT FITTING.
Maintenance is simple - check all bolts for tightness and oil the chain!

It has some very specific fitting requirements, in particular:
- the distance between the bottom bracket and the rear wheel is crucial. The distance from the bottom bracket to the rear wheel should be 82mm or greater. Changing tyres to smaller diameter (road tyres/slicks) may be needed
- the space between the crank arms may need to be increased by changing the bottom bracket. Exact dimensions depend upon the size of motor (180W, 360W or 500W)
- some re-routing of the gear cable and modifications to the cable guides may be needed
- the freewheel chainwheel is 44T - intended for use on a 24"-27" bike. Using it on smaller wheel bikes will result in over-gearig
